Odisea Labs is an innovation lab accelerating frontier technologies in Latin America. We back early-stage builders, publish open research, and run programs that turn ideas into products. We’re hiring a Head of Platform to build and scale the backbone of our ecosystem—turning our education and acceleration programs into a high-impact, massively scalable platform for talent in the region.
This is a builder role at the intersection of program design, product, and growth. You’ll own the systems, tools, and experiences that drive NÚCLEO (our technical education academy) and our acceleration programs, while also expanding developer education tracks for our partners across ecosystems. Y
our mandate: grow our educational platform to reach tens of thousands of builders, and ensure they become the next generation of founders and contributors in LATAM’s frontier tech ecosystem.
Scale NÚCLEO into a massive educational platform
Design and execute the roadmap to grow NÚCLEO from a program into a widely accessible platform serving thousands of students across LATAM.
Build scalable content delivery systems (curriculum portal, modular tracks, async/virtual learning), community-led learning, and credentialing/certification.
Expand partnerships with ecosystems, protocols, and companies to integrate their tools into our platform tracks.
Turn acceleration into repeatable systems
Own the structure of our acceleration cohorts: admissions, onboarding, mentorship, demo days, and alumni services.
Build repeatable playbooks, selection rubrics, and founder tooling to streamline scaling across multiple cohorts and geographies.
Data & growth as products
Define and track KPIs: number of students, number of founders accelerated, alumni engagement, and funding raised by teams.
Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to track platform reach, adoption, and outcomes.
Use insights to constantly refine programs and identify growth levers.
Grow alumni & community flywheels
Create alumni networks and benefits that drive long-term engagement: hiring boards, referral systems, perks, and office hours.
Partner with DevRel to design hackathons, workshops, and guilds that feed back into the education and acceleration pipeline.
Operate and collaborate cross-functionally
Run programs end-to-end: calendars, logistics, budgets, compliance (eligibility, KYC for grants, IP).
Work with research, strategy, and developer teams to integrate insights and content into the platform.
Platform builder. Experience growing programs into large-scale platforms—edtech, accelerators, fellowships, or ecosystems.
Crypto/AI-native. Strong understanding of onchain developer tooling, with curiosity for AI/LLM builder stacks.
Growth mindset. You think in funnels, distribution, and scalability—not just ops.
Data-driven. Skilled at defining KPIs, instrumenting program funnels, and building dashboards.
Community operator. Experience engaging mentors, partners, and alumni at scale.
Communicator. Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese a plus). Strong writer and presenter.
Self-starter. Comfortable building from scratch, working solo, and iterating quickly.
Nice to have
Background in DevRel, technical education, or accelerators.
Experience with async learning platforms, LMS systems, or open-source communities.
Familiarity with token design and security.
Massive impact. Lead the growth of NÚCLEO into the region’s largest technical education platform.
