Odisea Labs Developer Relations Engineer

We seek a passionate Developer Relations Engineer with a strong interest in crypto, distributed systems, and AI, focusing on projects based in Latin America. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with the developer community, contributing to projects building in the Odisea ecosystem, and enhancing the Odissea ecosystem by supporting leading LatAm startups and global companies/foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odisea Accelerator Support: Support the Odisea accelerator by assisting startups, providing mentorship, and facilitating access to resources.

• Community Building: Develop and nurture a vibrant community of developers throughout Latin America, fostering engagement and collaboration.

• Technical Code Reviews: Conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, offering constructive feedback to developers.

• Technical Advocacy: Create and deliver compelling technical content such as tutorials, documentation, blog posts, and presentations to educate and inspire developers.

• Partner Collaboration: Interface closely with our partners' technical teams to align on goals and develop project roadmaps.

• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze feedback from the developer community to inform product development and strategic decisions within our developer ecosystem.

• Innovation: Be a pioneer in shaping our accelerator, contributing to continuous growth and evolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Crypto-Native Enthusiast: Deep understanding of crypto with a strong desire to expand crypto adoption in Latin America.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience in software development with a range of languages across the onchain stack.

• Code Review Expertise: Proficiency in conducting technical code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex technical information and translate it into accessible content.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Community Engagement: Proven experience in building and engaging with developer communities.

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

• Partner Relations: Experience interfacing with partners and managing professional relationships.

• Content Creation: Proven experience in creating technical content and educational materials for diverse audiences.

• Engage in meaningful work that leverages crypto protocols and has the potential to reshape economic and social structures in Latin America.
