[We launched **Acelera**,](https://x.com/odisealabs/status/1862189192194703710) a 10-week program designed to scale 15 of the region’s most ambitious teams, providing them with the support, resources, and network to take their projects to the next level. Packed with insights, these are our favs lessons by top-tier advisors for building onchain: “[Don't be afraid of pivoting](https://x.com/odisealabs/status/1895561817881031001)”, by Cris Storaker - Arch Finance “[Make love to the algorithm](https://x.com/odisealabs/status/1894425168321052784)”, by Juan Rivera Pérez - Thirdweb "[Don't sell the tech, sell the use case](https://x.com/odisealabs/status/1889355065305035254)" by Diego Fernández - Aligned “[You're not talking to your users enough](https://x.com/odisealabs/status/1884670606311936354)” by Mark Veer - Mantle We also introduced [**Núcleo**](https://words.odisea.xyz/nucleo)**,** the first onchain **builder academy in Spanish,** created for LatAm devs. Offering 50 developers per cohort technical and strategic knowledge in their native language, we aim to lower entry barriers to Web3 and empower more talent across the region. The program will culminate in a hackathon, bringing participants together to apply their skills and compete for a wide range of prizes and ongoing support over the year. Additionally, we launched [**LADP**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/ladpio/), the Latin American Dynamism Project, a dedicated research vertical focused on accelerating the development and investment landscape of deep tech in Latin America powered by Eric Schmidt’s [International Strategy Forum](https://internationalstrategyforum.io/). With a focus on mapping the ecosystem and identifying key opportunities, we are working to drive innovation and position the region as a global player. On top of that, we are part of [Frontera](https://www.youtube.com/@fronterapodcast), the **crypto news podcast from LatAm.** A weekly program hosted by [Cush](https://x.com/0xcush) and [Ab](https://x.com/abrahamcr) from [Espacio Cripto](https://x.com/EspacioCripto) community. More than just delivering the latest news, it’s a dive deep into analysis, with valuable learnings, and special guests to discuss core developments in the ecosystem.
